The main appeal and draw to a Sims expansion based on the weather is for the realistic weather effects it brings to the game. Playing your little digital people takes on a whole new dimension when they have to deal with the same crappy weather you do. t would stand to reason that this expansion would take the elements of the old, expand upon them and make them better.
