Zipper Interactive, the Sony-owned developer, is closing its doors.

"After 17 years it's time to head off into the sunset. A sincere thank you to all our fans for everything you've done for us. Farewell." the company said on its Twitter.

The company was responsible for such title as MAG, the SOCOM series and its latest title Unit 13 for the PlayStation Vita.
