Little is known about it right now, but from the trailer, it appears you play a man who awakes from a coma after being in a wreck and has lost his left arm; being replaced by a prosthetic hook.

Afterwards well armed men are gunning patients down and entities cloaked in fire seem to be plaguing the hospital as well.

No release date has been given for the game yet.
