Zelda producer Eiji Aonuma stated that the all new Zelda title would take some time to complete, so while we wait, we will get an HD remake of a classic.

Aonuma announced during the Nintendo Direct video presentation that an HD remake to The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker is in the works.

Along with the updated graphics, the game will also be able to be played fully on the Wii-U Gamepad, will be Miiverse compatible, and the overall game experience will be tuned up.

The title is expected to come out this fall.
