In a letter posted by Gamertagradio, it appears that Take-Two is being sued by their QA testers. The QA testers state that they haven't been compensated fully for all the work they did for the company.  They were also alledgedly not given all the breaks they are entitled to by law.   The lawsuit is being brough in California Superior Court in San Franciso.
