Today, Activision has officially pulled the lid off of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 with the release of two teaser trailers.

Both trailers are reminiscent of the teaser trailer first released for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.  The first trailer showcases what appears to be a military action raging in New York City.  We can see a submarine firing into the heart of the city and hear gunshots throughout.  The next trailer takes the action over across the pond to England.

No word has been given on an official release date yet.
