Another game that you probably thought would never see the light of day has been given a release window.

Rockstar announced yesterday that Max Payne 3 will be heading to Xbox 360, PS3 and PC in March 2012. 

The game will take place after the end of Max Payne 3.  Max will be working as private security in Sao Paulo, Brazil protecting a wealthy industrialist and his family.  When a gang attacks the family he is protecting, he must save them and clear his name in the process.

Rockstar also announced that Max Payne 3 will come with multiplayer option.  This will be the first game in the series to have multiplayer. 

The first trailer for the game is also set to arrive September 14 at noon Eastern Standard Time.  Click here to also see Max's new look from the title.  You'll notice his bald-headed look from screenshots of the title has been completely scrapped now.

UPDATE: Saw the trailer and it seems the bald-headed look hasn't been scrapped.  It seems Max starts with hair but then decides to shave it all off somewhere during the game.
