Ubisoft announced the forthcoming release of Fashion Dogz for Nintendo DS. Scheduled for release in Europe this fall, the game gives players the opportunity to learn how to train, play with and take care of a puppy. Aimed at girls aged 6-12 years old, Fashion Dogz instills nurturing skills and gives players a fun and interactive digital companion.

Fashion Dogz also offers players endless possibilities to be creative by designing fashionable clothes for a choice of 8 puppies, each with their own look and personality. Train your dog and groom them to enter a variety of contests and competitions. Interact with your puppy by using the stylus or calling them out using the mic. Call them, make them do tricks and take pictures of them. Mix and match your accessories and hold your very own fashion show starring your favourite dogs. Keep memories of this unique event and take photos of your favourite dogs and outfits. Play touch-screen mini-games such as soccer, catch and jump rope with your favorite dog and gain coins to buy clothing items. Play with your friends with the Wireless mode. Pick your favourite dog and dress him with over 400 fashion accessories including hats, shirts, trousers, shoes, accessories and more. Different colours can be chosen for each fashion item.

Fashion Dogz launches in Canada in November 2008.
