At GDC 2011, Tim Schafer revealed the next game Double Fine is working on: Trenched.

In a propoganda-style trailer, Double Fine calls upon players to battle the Monovision menace by joining the Mobile Trench Brigade.

Players will be able to customize their own mechs for battle.  The game will be a mix of third-person shooter combat as well as tower defense gameplay.  The trailer also hints at online multiplayer.

The game will be an XBLA exclusive.  No release date has been given for the title as of yet.
