With the events of the Cataclysm, the trolls are divided and their future looks rather dire.  The trolls of the Zandalar have made a decree to their brethren: Unite with us and the trolls will rise again.

This seems to be the main focus of the latest patch of World of Warcraft: Cataclysm just released yesterday.  Quest-wise, the patch comes with a new level-85 quest line in Stranglethorn as well as new content for Zul'Gurub and Zul'Aman dungeon runs that are now suited for 5 level-85 players.  This entail comes with new epic gear to obtain that has an average item level of 346 or higher.

Along with new quests to undertake, Blizzard has also made changes to the interface such adding a new system called Dungeon Finder: Call to Arms as well as a Guild Finder feature.
