Bioshock Infinite has been delayed again.
The game will now be released on March 26th, 2013, one month after its previously scheduled release of February 26th -- which itself was a delay from October of this year.
Speaking to IGN, Bioshock Infinite's creative director, Ken Levine, said that the delay is primarily due to "polish and bug fixing". He further added that while the game could have met its February release date, he didn't think it would lead to "the game that we think the fans deserve...When we ask people to pony up a lot of money for this game, we have to feel confident that we're giving them something that they deserve.
In semi-related news, Levine also spoke about Bioshock Vita. He reiterated his interest in the project, and emphasized that the game was "in the hands of business people right now", and that it was just "a question of [if] their stars all align".
In other words, put it in the same category as Borderlands Vita and Resident Evil Vita.
