Just Cause 2 Review (X360)

By Warren Dunlop () - 7.9 out of 10

Four years after its debut, special-ops Rico Rodriguez is back with another just cause. Set in the fictional island of Panau in South East Asia, JC2 is filled with tropical forests, snow-capped mountains, and villages with huts full of civilians that have fallen victim to an evil dictator, Baby Panay. Skate 2 Review (PS3)

By Warren Dunlop () - 9.0 out of 10

Black Box dropped a plague on the Tony Hawk franchise back in September 2007 and now they're back to watch the series take its last gulp of air. The original Skate re-invented the Skateboarding sub-genre by creating the "flick-it" controls; using the right analog stick to flip the board in different directions. Read More.

Saints Row 2 Review (PS3)

By Warren Dunlop () - 8.7 out of 10

Two years later and no word of a cease and desist from Rockstar games yet. So here we are reviewing Saints Row 2. In all honesty, the Saints Row series is finding its niche target within the free roaming crime subgenre. It will appeal to those who felt the hastened gameplay of GTA: Vice City, and/or San Andreas was more appealing than that of GTA IV, albeit without the auto-lock aiming. Read More.

Grand Theft Auto IV Review (X360)

By Warren Dunlop () - 10.0 out of 10

I warn you, don't buy GTA IV. Trust me when I say this, just don't buy it. I think its injecting heroin or something of similar addictive content through my eyeballs and directly into my bloodstream. You buy this, and you're going to lose a lot of sleep, your significant other (or parents) will start to hate you, your dog will crap on the floor for negation, and you'll be scratching a massive amount of itchy hobo beard that will have seemed to have Houdini'd its way onto your face. Jackass: The Game Review (PS2)

By Warren Dunlop () - 6.8 out of 10

Long after the Jackass series was cancelled and well after the latest movie release, Jackass: The Game is published. The crew is incomplete and the games are mediocre and it has that beloved Jackass flavour of painful agony and disgust, but creating such a mediocre title in hopes of grabbing the lunch money of awestruck pre-teens worldwide because there is so little Jackass content and still so many Jackass fans, makes those fans wish the series was continued even more. Tony Hawk's Proving Ground Review (X360)

By Warren Dunlop () - 7.0 out of 10

A proving ground is what the military calls a reserve used to test new technology, weapons, and tactics. What we have to figure out with Tony Hawk's Proving Ground is if the name refers to the game being an exploration of skating styles, like rigging, hardcore, and career, or if the game is simply an experiment to see where Neversoft will go with their next proper instalment to the series. Halo 2 Review (PC)

By Warren Dunlop () - 7.0 out of 10

Halo has been a top seller for more than a couple years now. The series has been well received and made Bungie a lot of cash in the meantime. Halo 2 itself was released on the Xbox in 2004 and was a great success. But after waiting three years and then go as far as to use it as a selling point to upgrade your rig to Vista is just plain crazy. Read More.

Jeanne d'Arc Review (PSP)

By Warren Dunlop () - 8.9 out of 10

Originally named Jehanne, Jeanne d'Arc would be her modern French name, and in English literature she would be known as Joan of Arc. A story of a woman that lead the French into battle with the supposed help of god as her guide, Jeanne led them to a seemingly impossible victory over the English in the early 1400's. Read More.

Rainbow Islands Revolution Review (DS)

By Warren Dunlop () - 5.0 out of 10

Taito released Bubble Bobble in December of 1988 and became a huge success on the NES and in arcades around the world. The original Rainbow Islands was an unseen and unpopular spinoff released almost two years after the hype had died around Bubble Bobble. So, this is a remake of a spinoff, most of us weren't expecting too much. Read More.

Bionicle Heroes Review (X360)

By Warren Dunlop () - 4.8 out of 10

Expecting much of Bionicle Heroes was my first mistake. I had plenty of people suggest I try out LEGO Star Wars and such, but I had never got around to it. Bionicle was put on my plate during a dry spell, and I've decided I would have rather not been playing games than soil my fond memories of playing with LEGO as a kid with such a treacherous title. Forza Motorsport 2 Review (X360)

By Warren Dunlop () - 8.9 out of 10

To market a game to Need for Speed fans and Gran Turismo fans simultaneously seems like a task only a fool would set out to do. Luckily the guys over at Microsoft Games Studios are not fools, only madmen and women with a common goal--creating the ultimate driving experience for everyone. Read More.

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End Review (X360)

By Warren Dunlop () - 6.6 out of 10

Cap'n Jack Sparrow is back with At World's End, but dun be makin' like pirate's gold and turn a fool, as it's far from parallel to t'movie. Disney decided not to go ahead with Dead Man's Chest aside from a couple of handhelds, and now they've attempted to squash the last two parts together in this latest release, leaving us with a mess of a story.
