Upper One Games is the first indigenous-owned video game developer and publisher in US history. It is a part of the Cook Inlet Tribal Council, a non-profit organization that works with the indigenous groups living in Alaksa. Their debut game, Never Alone (Kisma Innitchuna), explores the mythology of the Iñupiat peoples.
